The name ‘ZaZas’ is a ‘dream-come-true’! A dream of Founder and President, Dino Sisto, who transformed his dream into a reality back in 1995.

Dino Sisto, who owns and operates the original ZaZas (La Za’Za’ Trattoria) in St. Charles, Illinois, est. 1995, developed a passion for the culinary art early in his childhood. Not only did he enjoy the dishes his mother, Dottie, placed on the dinner table, he paid close attention to how she created those dishes as well. After mastering those creations, he felt… what better way to pay tribute to that important woman in his life…hence, ZaZa’s was born. From that point on, ZaZa’s has become synonymous with quality food, service, and atmosphere.

La Za’ Za’ Trattoria , located at 5 South First Street, St. Charles, Illinois, is full service (dine-in, carryout and catering) restaurant, offering a magnificent Lounge and Bar, separate Dining Area, and provisions for Semi-Private Parties with a special Party Package menu for larger groups. We also have a seasonal outdoor patio for your enjoyment! You can join us for a casual cocktail, a light meal, a hearty feast, or a large family and friend gathering or business function.
